It is early 14 months since my sister quit her job. She was a Marketing Director of an education Corporation. But she leave her company just by a simple reason: She hate her boss!
Since that time, she could not find a suitable job; some jobs look fit with her but the salary didn’t good enough; some have very good benefits but she doesn’t qualify for those jobs. Until now, she couldn’t find a job, everything seems very bad.
Through my sister’s story, I just want to talk about a respect in our career: what should we do before quitting our job?

How to make a photo with vintage color

Sometimes we need to make a photo which have vintage color. Vintage color make the photo becomes more classic and beautiful.
Step 1: Duplicate the Background Layer by pressing Ctrl + J. You should double layer every time editing to make sure you have back up.
Step 2: Create an Adjustments layer Shadows/Highlights to make the photo fade a little bit by choosing Image > Adjustments > Shadows > Highlights and set the parameter like image below:
