How to add smileys to wordpress blog

Smileys (Emoticon) is used to express emotion. But in wordpress, smileys is a little boring. You can add more smileys to your blog by using many methods, today I will tell you my method.

1. First, you need download Custom Smilies plugin by click here

2. Second, install this plugin:

Download and extract custom-smilies.zip
Activate Custom Smilies in your Admin Panel

3. Third, download my Yahoo smileys packet here (or with this mirror) or download any smileys packet which you want.

4. After download smileys packet, put your smileys in smilies folder (wp-includes/images/smilies/)

5. Change the emoticons by navigating to Settings > Smilies and complete the form.

I am using a toolbar for smileys. It allows me to create and place Smileys on MSN, AIM, Yahoo, email and Social Networking Sites. I have found it here http://tinyurl.com/smiley-toolbar This Toolbar Just Works Great for me.
