<p>Most people often diligent 2 weeks after begin, but from that day on they lazy and lazier. Why? Because they had practiced too heavy.</p>
<p>Your body like an engine. You can&#8217;t make your engine work with high capacity immediately. You must run it with slow speed, faster and faster until it has maximum speed.</p>

<p>You must eat enough necessary nutrients: milk,vegatables,meat and grain is your health&#8217;s friends.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t eat too much even you&#8217;re gaining weight. Let&#8217;s split your meals from 3 to 4 or 5. It will help you stronger and not obese.</p>
<p><strong>3. Take a right bath:</strong></p>

<p>Another important thing, if you can let take a bath with cold water. Cold water will help you strong and beaty.</p>
<p><strong>4. Good sleep:</strong></p>

<p>- Steep your foot on your warm water before sleep.</p>
<p>- Smooth exercise.</p>
